Q. How many services are included?
A. All oil & filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections for the first 36 months or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. The maintenance schedule in your new owner's manual will outline the Hyundai recommended schedule.

Q. Where can I use my Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance Services?
A. Schedule your appointments at Stamford Hyundai, or at any Certified Hyundai Dealer.

Q. How much does the plan cost?
A. The Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance Plan is free to all new Hyundai model year 2020 or later customers who purchase from dealer stock after February 1, 2020. There are no fees for the regular recommended basic maintenance for the term of the plan.

Q. When does the program expire?
A. The last service must take place within +1,000 miles of the valid mileage range or +1 month of the designated period. For further details, please consult your new owner's manual.

Q. Will I be reimbursed for service performed at another non-Hyundai certified shop?
A. There is no reimbursement for maintenance performed at a non-certified shop. You must have all maintenance completed at a certified Hyundai dealership.
